Excellent couple of flights.  My turns are improving and getting smoother.

After the tail wag last weekend, I posted a question on archeli and it was suggested to reduce the gain on the gyro.  I dropped it from 40 down to 36.

This helped the first flight, but I was still getting some wag when exiting turns.  For the second flight, I reduced this down to 34.  This stopped the wag altogether, but the tail was still holding really well :)

No new manouvres today, just lots of fun...

It was one of those awesome mornings for flying.  Hardly a breath of wind, no clouds

Two excellent flights of 8 and 7 minutes a piece.

The first flight was circuits and hovering (including nose in :)) with wide uturns and banked turns, just to get my thumbs in. Brad also took some great photos.

The second flgiht was similar to the first, but with some "exciting" additions.  I decided to bite the bullet and try some stall turns as well as some 540degree piroette stall turns.  The last addition was a loop whilst in forward flight.  Not very elegant, but I did it none the less :)  I couldn't have flown much longer as I didn't fill the tank right up (about 3/4's) and drained it whilst flying, coming into land with about 3mm left in the header tank
